Online personal training

if you’re not near me, I can be your online personal trainer. You’d need to have some experience with gyms and lifting though. I’d also require you to film yourself performing exercises so I can assess your individual body mechanics and correct your technique if needs be.

After your initial consultation I’ll start designing your training program and a rough roadmap for you to navigate towards your goals. You will decide what goes on the map and what gets binned.¬†

If you’re not near me, don’t be put off! I work with people from all over, so I can still work with you as an online personal trainer. Please send me an email for more information and prices.¬†

Simplicity

I work with straightforward Excel and Word documents. I prefer to keep things simple. We sit down, decide on the best course of action, then we execute. 

You must have a Gmail account for this to work.

Training

Whether you hire me as a 1-2-1 or online personal trainer you’ll receive an exercise program designed for your current level. This will change as you progress in muscular and neural adaptations, technique execution and strength.

Accountability

No matter how good my program is and how motivated you are, adhering to the plan consistently is what’s going to achieve the best results. To help you stay on track, I’ll regularly check in with you via voice or video messaging.

Psychology

We are going to dig deep. If you think you have a bad relationship with food, you feel attached to the number on the scale, you sabotage your weight loss progress with food all the time, you feel guilty for eating too much and happy when you’re hungry – we’ve got a problem to solve!

DISCLAIMER: I can do my best to help you, I’ll teach you what I know and how I overcame my self-diagnosed binge eating disorder. However, I’m not a dietitian or an eating disorder specialist. If you have an eating disorder, you must seek professional help.

Nutrition

You won’t see meal plans from me!

I approach nutrition with a long term strategy in mind. Meal plans can take your mind off diet choices short term, but what are you going to do once you stop the coaching?

My plan is to work around your existing nutrition habits. Help you establish what habits are and aren’t helpful. Teach you to control your environment and make better decisions overall.¬†

Counting calories is an easy way to achieve a calorie deficit. However, this may not be the best option for you. If you had a history of poor relationship with food and the scale, we’ll work relentlessly on building it back up first.¬†¬†

Sustainability

If I taught you everything you need to know to achieve the best shape of your life or improve your quality of life beyond what you thought was possible and maintain it indefinitely – I’ve done my job!

FAQ

The Basic option will give you a one off session on lifting or fat loss advice. You can choose what exercise you want to improve or what area you need help with and we will spend an hour working on that. 

If however you’re after changing your body shape, understand nutrition and your psychology to create lasting sustainable changes, then Curious and Serious are best value for money.

If money isn’t an issue – I’d recommend starting with 3 sessions a week (Serious) and reducing to 2 sessions (Curious) after your first 3 months. The biggest perks of these 2 packages are:

  1. A 3 month periodised program (meaning better results, because there is more time to alter training principles, to progress and get stronger) and
  2. Nutrition coaching (if you’re dieting for 3 months you’ll likely run into emotional eating issues that will need to be dealt with to avoid sabotaging your results).

Committed is the package that offers 1 session a week for a month. This package is only available after you’ve completed a 3 month package (Serious/Curious). Purely because 1 session a week will yield subpar results if you’re a beginner or a novice trainee. After the first 3 months of 2-3 sessions a week (Curious/Serious) I’m confident you can train on your own with good form and you’ll only need to come back to me once a week to: check if you’re doing everything right, ask any questions, check-in with your progress, adjust the plan etc. Basically do all the maintenance work and have the reassurance and accountability

Basic is a one-off payment for 1 session.

Curious and Serious  are packages of 2 sessions a week and 3 sessions a week respectively + all the other perks outlined under each package. They are to be paid monthly with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Only because 3 months is a minimum amount of time required to see visible results.

If you want to save 10% from the get go and pay for 3 months in full upfront, let me know when you register and I’ll arrange it for you. It’s going to be ¬£1040 upfront for the Curious option and¬† ¬£1423 for the Serious one.

Committed is a monthly plan of 1 session a week and it’s only available after you’ve completed your initial 3 month commitment.¬†

If you choose in-person training then no prior experience is needed. 

If you’re looking for online coaching I need you to have some basic lifting experience and be familiar with the gym environment as it’ll be difficult for me to help you do that virtually.¬†

You’ll be able to choose whether you want to train online or in-person when you click on ‘Book a Consultation’.

All training plans offer a free consultation first. To book it, just click on the ‘Book a consultation’, fill in your details and submit. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. After the consult, it’s your call. If you want to continue I’ll send you my bank details for payment.

I also have Stripe as an online payment provider so you can use that instead. The downside is I’ll have to pay a fee for every transaction and I don’t receive the money until a week later. But let me know if you want to do it this way and I’ll send you the payment link.

My services are tailored to you and you alone. After your initial consultation we embark on your transformation journey together with all plans and programs personalised to you. The training sessions are also performed 1-2-1. I guarantee that you’ll learn a lot and notice a sizeable change in your strength, energy and how your body feels and looks even after 1 month! Because it’s not a print-out program that I just send out and am completely detached from, because I am physically there with you, I can’t offer a money back guarantee. See refund policy for more.

You can decide to stop training anytime.
If you enrolled in a monthly payment and decided to stop after the first month, that’s absolutely fine. I won’t take any more payments from you.
If you purchased the Curious, Serious or Committed option and are half way through the month and want to stop, I can arrange a refund of the session price only at ¬£40 per session. e.g. if you’ve got 5 unused sessions, I’ll refund you ¬£200. This doesn’t apply for the sessions you carried over from previous months.

If you purchased the Basic option it’s non-refundable. It is transferable though.

If you can’t attend your consultation or a session, please advise me as soon as possible and at least 24h before your appointment. If you cancel a training session less than 6 hrs before, unfortunately the session will be lost. Thank you.

The Basic option will give you a kickstart into lifting. I’ll teach you the correct technique for the big 5 lifts that will target your whole body and build strength. Perfect for a beginner. You’ll then get a program to practice what you’ve learnt for 8 weeks.

If however, you’re after changing your body shape, understand nutrition and your psychology to create lasting sustainble changes, then premium is best. I’d recommend starting with 3 sessions a week and reducing to 2 sessions after your first 3 months.

Yes. For the Premium option, you can pay monthy. However, it is 5-10% cheaper to pay the whole lot. The Basic option only accepts the payment in full.

If you don’t choose Online training then no. The Basic option is exclusively for beginners. Premium In Person also doesn’t require you to have experience. For the Online training I¬† need you to have prior lifitng experience and be familiar with the gym environment as it’ll be difficult for me to help you do that virtually. The option with the online is to come see me first for the Basic deal so I can teach you the right technique first, then we can move online for the Premium option.
