In-person and online personal training

Whether you’re someone who has never stepped into a gym before or you’re a regular gym goer, but are demoralised by the lack of progress – my 1-2-1 sessions or online personal training will meet you where you’re at. Expect to build a strong foundation of strength and knowledge so that the results will take care of themselves.


Phase 1. Building the foundation
This phase usually involves building a basic foundation of physical strength and body awareness. Both of which are crucial for future mastery of movement control and joint stress tolerance.
Phase 2. Building confidence and resilience
Confidence stems from knowledge and its application. Here we’re adding more variety to your training, learn intermediate nutrition and training variables, build tools to cope with new mental challenges that arise from a higher training intensity, dieting protocols etc.
Phase 3. Optimising performance
This is where we put all the pieces together, consolidate a strong foundation, tighten up all the weak links and equip you with knowledge and confidence to achieve any health and fitness goal on your own.

Online personal training

If you’re not near me, then my online personal training is what you’re looking for. You’d need to have some experience with gyms and lifting though. I’d also require you to film yourself performing exercises so I can assess your individual body mechanics and correct your technique if needs be.

  • All of the In Person packages are 1-2-1 in a gym setting. Each session will last 55 minutes.

  • With enough notice, the cancelled sessions can be rescheduled to the following month  – Ts&Cs apply.


I understand the above pricing may put you off getting in touch. You might have an idea of what you expect from a personal trainer and how much you’re willing to pay for it. And you just cannot justify the above.

Let me blow your mind! And I cannot do that if you’re not going to give me a go. So I’m willing to do any of the above (except SERIOUS) at 50% off for the first month!

The Basic option will give you a one off session on lifting or fat loss advice. You can choose what exercise you want to improve or what area you need help with and we will spend an hour working on that. 

If however you’re after changing your body shape, understand nutrition and your psychology to create lasting sustainable changes, then 2 or 3 sessions a week packages are best value for money.

If money isn’t an issue – I’d recommend starting with 3 sessions a week and reducing to 2 sessions after your first 3 months. The biggest perks of these 2 packages are:

  1. A 3 month periodized program (meaning better results, because there is more time to alter training principles, to progress and get stronger) and
  2. Nutrition coaching (if you’re dieting for 3 months you’ll likely run into emotional eating issues that will need to be dealt with to avoid sabotaging your results).

Basic is a one-off payment for 1 session.

The monthly packages of 2 sessions a week and 3 sessions a week are to be paid monthly. A commitment of 3 months is recommended. Only because 3 months is a minimum amount of time required to see visible results.

If you’re considering the 1 session a week plan and you have no prior experience, it’s best to go for one of the above 2 options first.  

If you choose in-person training then no prior experience is needed. 

If you’re looking for online coaching I need you to have some basic lifting experience and be familiar with the gym environment as it’ll be difficult for me to help you do that virtually. 

You’ll be able to choose whether you want to train online or in-person when you click on ‘Book a Consultation’.

All training plans offer a free consultation first. To book it, just click on the ‘Book a consultation’, fill in your details and submit. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. After the consult, it’s your call. If you want to continue I’ll send you my bank details for payment.

I also have Stripe as an online payment provider so you can use that instead. The downside is I’ll have to pay a fee for every transaction and I don’t receive the money until a week later. But let me know if you want to do it this way and I’ll send you the payment link.

Yes, you get a free consultation with all training plans. I’ll ask you to fill in a questionnaire first, then we’ll meet face to face or via Zoom to discuss your goals and even do a little training taster.

Either. Where you choose to have your consultation is not reflective of the type of training you want. In other words you can opt for an online consult and proceed to buy the in person training or vice versa.

My services are tailored to you and you alone. After your initial consultation we embark on your transformation journey together with all plans and programs personalised to you. The training sessions are also performed 1-2-1. I guarantee that you’ll learn a lot and notice a sizeable change in your strength, energy and how your body feels and looks even after 1 month! Because it’s not a print-out program that I just send out and am completely detached from, because I am physically there with you, I can’t offer a money back guarantee. See refund policy for more.

You can decide to stop training anytime.
If you enrolled in a monthly payment and decided to stop after the first month, that’s absolutely fine. I won’t take any more payments from you.
If you purchased one of the monthly packages and are half way through the month and want to stop, I can arrange a refund of the session price only at £40 per session. e.g. if you’ve got 5 unused sessions, I’ll refund you £200. This doesn’t apply for the sessions you carried over from previous months.

If you purchased the Basic option it’s non-refundable. It is transferable though.

If you can’t attend your consultation or a session, please advise me as soon as possible and at least 24h before your appointment. If you cancel a training session less than 6 hrs before, unfortunately the session will be lost. Thank you.
