Strength and Injury Prevention for Running and Swimming

I’ve had the chance of working with some amazing athletes in Running and Swimming. If you need help with improving your strength or minimising injury in these sports, maybe I can help.

MY COACHING METHOD

Phase 1. Building the foundation
This phase usually involves building a basic foundation of physical strength and body awareness. Both of which are crucial for future mastery of movement control and joint stress tolerance.
Phase 2. Building confidence and resilience
Confidence stems from knowledge and its application. Here we’re adding more variety to your training, learn intermediate nutrition and training variables, build tools to cope with new mental challenges that arise from a higher training intensity, dieting protocols etc.
Phase 3. Optimising performance
This is where we put all the pieces together, consolidate a strong foundation, tighten up all the weak links and equip you with knowledge and confidence to achieve any health and fitness goal on your own.
