As an active person, there’s nothing more frustrating than an injury hampering your lifestyle. My injury rehab coaching can help you return to the life you had before injury. If your doctors and physios haven’t been able to help, chances are improving joint stability and muscle function by strengthening will only benefit you. Plus I never shy away from the challenge of researching and understanding more about a unique case!
